Legal Question in Disability Law in Virginia

I rented a car from a well known chain. There was something hanging from the undercarriage and I was told to take it off or drive until it falls off. They said they wouldnt replace the car and sent a tow truck. The told me they were taking me to another store...yet he wound up taking me to an unknown service station....do I have a case?

Case for what? Frustration, yes, undoubtedly. But for actual damages, not unless you can prove them by a preponderance of the evidence.
