Is test axienty a disorder or learning disability, is it covered under the ADA

Re: test axienty

No, test anxiety would not be covered under the ADA which requires proof of the impairment of at least one major life activity or function. Test taking could not qualify as such a major function or activity.

I would also seriously doubt that it's considered a disorder in the DSM IV(The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual)of the American Psychiatric Association.
