Concealed Handgun Permit Denial

My request was denied subject to VA Code 18-2-308(E)(18). I believe the only reason was my disclosure that I submitted to medical detoxification from alcohol.

Your remedy, then, should be to avail yourself of whatever appeal right(s) that you may have regarding the adverse decision.
