Legal Question in Administrative Law in Virginia
Taxation and denial to public schools
We are being denied access to public school in given county, while owning real property and paying taxes in same given county.
Does owning real property and paying taxes on same, entitle your children to the public school in the same county even if you don't physically live in that
county and are willing to transport child.
