Trust Question
Is a trustee required to provide an accounting of the gross estate assets to any/all individuals whose name is listed in the trust? (I am not sure which legal category this would fall in)

Re: Trust Question
Unless the trust instrument itself contains a provision that requires such an accounting or a suit has been filed by one of the trust beneficiaries against the trustee(s) alleging mismanagement of the trust or other mis/malfeasance, then, probably not.
