Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Virginia
Changing an original sentence
I would like to know if the judge that convicted me of a felony can go back and change it to a misdemeanor. I went to court 10 years ago. I was a 1st time offender. He gave me the felony and also 2 years in the state penitentiary, all suspended on condition of good behavior. No fines or anything else was given to me.

No, that simply would not be possible(in my opinion).
