US Court of Appeals 4TH Circuit Court Question
After a decision is reached by the US Court of Appeals for the 4TH Circuit Court, can it be reconsidered and if so how is it done?

The appellate rules provide for a petition for rehearing and rehearing en banc. Such a motion/petition has to be filed within 14 days after entry of judgment, except that if the US Government is a party in a civil case, the deadline is 45 days.
