Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Virginia
divorce appeal
I filed my legal brief for my appeal via UPS.... Now other lawyer is asking for a dismissal saying it should have went through USPS.... Can I correct this issue in any way? This is in the state of virginia and I am a pro se litigate

Ask the appellate court for leave to send it via USPS if necessary to avoid dismissal and for whatever extension of time might be needed to do so.
