retrial over
if a judge forgot to sign an appeal can i be retrial over who's fault is it.

Judges do not sign anything to initiate an appeal on the part of a defendant; this is an action which the
defendant him/herself must initiate. And, if during the process a particular judge neglected to sign a paper related to the matter being appealed, it should in no way nullify nor void the appeal already initiated or the defendant's right to pursue such an appeal.
