sentence reduced or reconsidered
my son was given 7 years for 3 cvs drug store robbery's.can he write the judge to reduce or reconsider his case????can he request to be snt to half way house. he was never in trouble before. it was 4 months to the day after his 1st pill till his arrest. he needs a drug program not prison. can he be helped????
