I was charged and convicted of the same crime twice , i wa stried in chatham va for indecent liberties with a minor and rape of my spouse . the first time was unfounded results by social services and gained a hung jury , then i was tried again aand cinvicted of both accounts , eventhough the results of the investigation was unfounded with the minor . please can you help . Juvenile court throwed this case out and it was brought back to circuit court

Well, if you were unfairly convicted in the circuit court of these charges, you would have 30 days to file your appeal to the next highest appellate court which is probably the Virginia Court of Appeals.
