Termination parental rights
is there any loopholes in a tpr which is in the supreme court of virginia when dealing in noticification of G.A.L. of appeal when parent who has mental issues was not notified of entry of order, lawyer never advised on rights, lawyer not being official release from her case and many more?

I'm not entirely sure what you're referring to; apparently, something having to do with the termination of parental rights of a parent who has mental health issues and who apparently was not properly notified by his or her attorney (G.A.L.?) after the termination of the parental rights?
If the matter is now before the Virginia Supreme Court on appeal, it would seem appropriate to allow this court to rule on the particular issues under appeal.
