Debt Warrant
I bid on an item on ebay, I won I can't pay for the item now. The seller is now threatening to issue a debt warrant on me what is it? can he do this? should I be worried? I am under the age of 18 by the way.

A Warrant in Debt is a lawsuit in the General District Court in Virginia. In other words, the seller is threatening to sue.
Were you 18, the seller would have a legally binding contract with you, subject to ebay's rules. However, being under 18, you probably lack capacity to contract (it would depend on your state's law). That should be a defense to the lawsuit. But you may have to come to Virginia or hire Virginia counsel to represent you in the case.
