Legal Question in Banking Law in Virginia
I deposited 0ver 20.000 0n Oct 21. I had overdrawal My account before I Make the Deposit. I got a check for 3500, from a company I worked for online, I deposit that check, but it was not real. so I Paid the Fees to My Bank. Now They are Holding My Money, Because of it. I need to Pay Bills. what Can I do ?

Well, it would seem that you would be well advised to contact your bank
to determine exactly what money they are allegedly holding and precisely for what purpose and, furthermore, what fees and/or penalties are still due and owing(if any).
Perhaps, they have to reason to believe that the $20K that you deposited on the 21st is also "not real".
