Legal Question in Banking Law in Virginia
Reduce payments in my mortgage
what i can write to my mortgage to explain that i can only pay some of the mortgage but not the whole thing? How to do it? Do i have some rights? We having trying to pay on time every month since we got this house.

Please contact your lender,and a real estate attorney or HUD certified housing counselor. Depending on your facts, there may be a number of options. The lender may work with you to accept a payment plan (modification).
