Legal Question in Banking Law in Virginia
Unauthorized Bank withdrawal
I was behind on my 2nd trust mortgage (Line of Credit) payments and last week the collection department of my 2nd trust bank withdrew cash from my checking account without my consent or permission. Is this allowed? Can they withdraw money from my account without my authorization?
