If my wife had a automobile in her name, and did not pay for it can the bank co
My wife failed to pay for a car that was in her name only. She let the car go back. I have worked to get my credit good. Can they make me pay for this or come after me for what she did

If your name was not on the loan or the title, it should not affect your credit. But if you co-signed, you may have a problem.
