Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Virginia
In 2005, I filed a bankruptcy case which included a timeshare was included. Now 5 years later, my bank account who has both my name and my husband name on the account is getting garnish. Is this legal? His name was on the contract.

If your husband is liable on the timeshare and did not file bankruptcy, they can sue him, get a judgment, and garnish accounts in his name.
