I have fallen three months behind on my house payment. In the meantime i got a letter through the mail that the creditor is filing a motion for relief from stay. What should i do now. I am trying to get caught up

Your bankruptcy lawyer may be able to work out a consent agreement/order that will allow you to get caught up on missed payments. But you will need to make the payments going forward plus get caught up on the missed payments.
