If you file bankruptcy, it's "on everything," although certain claims are not dischargeable. Whether you can keep your house depends on a number of factors, including whether you can keep making the payments, and whether there is enough equity (after any exemptions) for the trustee to sell it. You need to discuss the specifics with an experienced bankruptcy lawyer.
