bankrupt student loan
In 1990 I had a stuent loan for 3,000 $ ,I took part of a cosmotology course and the company went bankrupt,so I never got to finish,I then moved and never heard from them.in 2007 the bill is now20,000$ what are the statue of limitations in va?

If this is a government or government-backed student loan, there is no statute of limitations.
