How do I annul my bankruptcy?

Unless the bankruptcy was filed by someone else pretending to be you, you can't "annul" it. You may be able to dismiss it. You have an unqualified right to dismiss a case under Chapter 12 or 13 unless it was previously converted from Chap. 7 or 11. You can request dismissal of a chapter 7, which will usually be granted if it's a no-asset case, but not if there are assets for the trustee to administer. See a bankruptcy lawyer for details.
