Bankruptcy Attorneys

I need to file for bankruptcy chapter 7 but am having a diffucult time finding an attorney I rtust. The attorneys I have spoken to all charge different rates. Any suggestions?

Of course the easy answer would be to say "call me"...

But to answer your question, different attorneys will charge different rates. In theory, the more experienced, more qualified lawyers will charge more, but that is not always the case. I would steer clear of those who charge too little, as they will not be able to give your case the attention you deserve.

Whatever you do, act quickly, as the new bankruptcy law takes effect on Oct. 17, making bankruptcy more difficult and costly for everyone.
