bankruptcy on a divorce settlement
my ex owes me $6500.00 from the divorce settlement. she is filing chapter 7,can she include the $6500.00 owed to me and not have to pay me anything?

Not any more. If she filed on or before 10/16/05, she could discharge non-support obligations arising out of a divorce decree or property settlement agreement, but such debts are not dischargeable in a Chapter 7 filed after that date.
