Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Virginia
Bankruptcy
I am considering filing for bankruptcy, and I would like to know some information on ways to do that without it damaging my credit more than it is. Is there a way that I can file, to actually just start over? please help.
Thank you

Re: Bankruptcy
Your question is far too complicated to answer via Email. You need to check with a local bankruptcy attorney, ASAP. If you want to know the ultimate effect of bankruptcy on your credit, simply ask any experienced mortgage broker and you will be pleasantly surprised at the answer.
