Can you declare bankruptcy on a payday advance?

If I understand the question correctly -- If you file bankruptcy, will the debt to your employer for a salary advance be discharged in the bankruptcy case? So long as there was no fraud involved, the answer is yes.

I agree with the previous answer. In practical terms, however, you will have a rocky road if you continue with the same employer.
