If a person posesses my property in his house and goes bankrupt, can I get my property?

Generally, yes. A person filing bankruptcy is supposed to list all property held on behalf of another, and that property does not become property of the bankruptcy estate subject to sale by the trustee. However, it could be a matter of proof if either the debtor or trustee wants to dispute ownership.
