Ch7 trustee counsels
Wold I be able to argue as a debtor for fees requsted by the counsel for Ch7 trustee

The debtor technically only has standing to object to the extent the estate is solvent and there are (or would be if you prevail) proceeds going back to the debtor. However, you can certainly file something and see if the court wants to consider it, as the court has to review and approve the fees even if no one objects.
