Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Virginia
Chap 13
I filed chapter 7 in VA and it was discharded in Feb 06. Can I file a Chap 13 now, I really need to.

You can file chapter 13, but you cannot receive a discharge. Nonetheless, such a filing will allow you to cure mortgage arrearages, stop garnishments, etc.
