Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Virginia
chapter7
Our attorney is not very good. He keeps losing the stuff he askes for and he was 40 min. late for the trustee meeting. How do I get rid of him, and if I do can I start all over?

Re: chapter7
You probably cannot start over, but you may want to consult with another attorney. You are free to replace your attorney at any time, but you may not get any of your fee back (and you will have to pay replacement counsel, which may or may not be worth doing at this point). Feel free to call or email me and I can take a look at your case and see if we can help.
