Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Virginia
Chapter 13
I am interested in filling Chapter 13. I don't have a lot of money for attorney, what is the best way for me to go about getting an attornery or cutting the cost of the fees?

Re: Chapter 13
You can start here. My firm practices bankruptcy law throughout Virginia, and would be glad to take a look at your case. Keep in mind that in Chapter 13, unlike Chap. 7, you don't need to pay the lawyer in full up front, as the lawyer can be paid through your plan. You also need to discuss with a lawyer whether Ch. 13 is the best solution for you. Depending on what your problems are, Chap. 7 (which is usually simpler and cheaper) may be a better option. Please feel free to contact me if you wish to discuss this matter further.
