Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Virginia
Chapter 7
A judgement was entered on behalf of myself/plantiff and since then the debtor/defendant has filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy and is still operating a business. Am I able to collect on my judgement?

To preserve your possibility of collection you need to contact the bankrupcy court where the judgment debtor has filed for protection. Appropriate action will be needed. Contact an attorney. 410.750.2567
