Chapter 7
Can a chapter 7 be stopped if..went to Trustee once and he needs more info and wants you to come back.

You do not have a right to dismiss a Chapter 7, but you can file a motion to do so. Normally, if the trustee thinks there may be assets, or if the US Trustee thinks there is fraud, s/he will object and the motion will be denied. If you need to protect assets, you can try to convert to a Chapter 13, but if the trustee can show bad faith this will be denied as well. Your bankruptcy lawyer should be able to advise you - if you don't have one, GET ONE NOW! It sounds like you are in the Trustee's sights.
