Contacting Family Member After Filing Chapter 7
My parents have been getting calls from a collection agency more then a month after filing Chapter 7 bankruptcy. What can I do?

Your parents' lawyer can file a motion for contempt against this creditor for violating the automatic stay, assuming this creditor was properly scheduled.
