Declaring Bankruptcy
my husband and I are separating I have several credit cards in just my name I am on the mortgage. My husband is continuing to pay the house but I was laid off in May and still not working do I qualify to declare bankruptcy on my personal credit cards and small loan?

You can almost certainly file bankruptcy and discharge these debts, as well as your personal liability on the mortgage.
