Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Virginia
Am i Eligable for bankruptcy
I make about 1200 a month and i live at home with my parents. i have about 26,000 in secured loans and about 15,000 of credit card or unsecured dept and i cant afford to pay my bills. do i qualify for bankruptcy?

Yes, you should pass the means test and be eligible for Chapter 7.
