can you file bankrup on a judgement?and is there a limit of detness you need to meet?

Bankruptcy can discharge a judgment, and there is no minimum amount of debt. There would be a maximum to be able to do Chapter 13, but not for the other chapters. You should contact an experienced bankruptcy lawyer to go over your specific situation.
