Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Virginia
I filed bankruptcy on my own and reaffirmed my vehicle. Because of my lack of knowledge i assumed i was exempt from my car payment until my bankruptcy was discharge. but my car was repossessed.

That's why we always recommend that you have the advice of counsel. You may be able to file a Chapter 13 now and get the car back, but short of that or paying the full balance due, there's not much you can do.
Oh - and rescind the reaffirmation NOW if you still can.
