After filing bankruptcy
After filing bankruptcy the bank kept garnishing my wages to the sum of $626.00 and prior to filing they had garnished appr. $1000.00 am I entitled to recover all they garnished?

You are entitled to everything they took post-filng (and maybe more for damages or sanctions for violating the automatic stay). The pre-filing garnishments are probably recoverable by you or the trustee (depends on whether you can exempt them) if they were in the 90 days pre-filing.
