Filing bankruptcy again after two years
The Corporation that I work for filed chapter 11 two years ago and I'm wondering if they can file chapter 11 again after it has only been two years?

What was the result of the earlier Chapter 11? Was there a reorganization plan approved by the Bankruptcy Court?
