Garnishments
My bank account has been garnished my paycheck was deposited there Is it anything That I can do to remove my garnishment other that paid in full?

You can assert exemptions to the garnishment by way of homestead deed, or on other grounds in certain circumstances (such as if the account contains only social security proceeds). Be careful, because if you use up your once-per-lifetime homestead deed amount, it may not be available later to protect more significant assets. The other alternative is to file bankruptcy. See a lawyer soon, and certainly well prior to the return date on the garnishment summons.
