Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Virginia
my husband and I bought a small crane and started our own business 2 years ago, he has been generate enought business with the crane so he had to go back to a regular full time job, now we can't afford to make the crane payments. My husband and I are the only persons on the loan can we declare bankruptcy on the loan and not our personal finances? What options do we have?

No, bankruptcy requires including all of your assets and all of your debts.
