Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Virginia
My husband works in VA but we live in WV. Our house is about to be in foreclosure and we plan to move out and rent a place close to my husbands work in VA. My question is ... can we file bankruptcy in VA even though our house is in WV but we will reside in VA ?

If your husband owns the business in VA, he can file now in VA. Otherwise, at least one of you would have to reside in VA for 90 days before being able to file here.
