Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Virginia
Intent to defraud?
If a VA corporation (your employer) asks you to put company expenses on your personal credit card knowing they were going to fire you and bankrupt both your payroll and said expenses with days, are they liable for fraud?
In addition, if they did bankrupt the furloughed employees' pay and expenses, then proceeded to bonus their executives well above the cap allowed by the bankruptcy court, is this fraud as well?

Sounds like it to me.
If your former employer filed for bankruptcy, the bankruptcy court is the sole place to file your claim, and there are time limits on when that must be done.
