Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Virginia
I was involved in an advisory Bankruptcy proceeding - which i lost, the trustee represnts my old company. My appeal process has since past, and i had no money to pursue it
In a late and different litigation in civil court surrounding many of the same issues
the main witnesses testimony is different and as it turns out the trustee now turned over documents that he had withheld during the bankruptcy that colaborate the new testimony and casue this litigation ot be dismissed and would have caused a different outcome in bankruptcy court,,,
(purjury, suborn purjury, and withholding evidence)
Do i have any recouse to sue the Trustee and this witness?

Better see a competent and experienced bankruptcy attorney about this (would be my advice).
