Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Virginia
I have a judgement for a large sum of money that has resulted in me losing my drivers liscense. If I file Bankruptcy for the judgement will I be able to reinstate my liscence?

Yes, filing bankruptcy will alllow for reinstatement of the license, at least assuming that the judgment did not result from drunk driving.
