Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Virginia
late notices after bankruptcy
I filed bankruptcy in 2004 and I keep my loan on my house. I have fallen behind one payment. Can they send a foreclosure notice to me without sending me any late notices or phone calls?

Re: late notices after bankruptcy
They need to give the same notice as called for in the deed of trust - no more, no less. Certainly, phone calls would not be required.
