Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Virginia

What is some matter with this picture? X-objections

I acquired an enormous amount of debts during marriage now divorced. My name was on all of it. Because Credit cards company can only go after the person named on the account, I was fully responsible. Being that I did not work, it took a long time to be able to afford to file Bankruptcy. Well, now after the meetings of creditors, my X-husband decides to bring up suspicion in all of my responses on petition. He apparently is liable for all medical bills. Including the birth of our child. What can I do to stop him from interfering? I do not make enough money to pay necessities. I am having to explain my answers. Possibility of Rejecting the Bankruptcy is now possible. What can I do? If the trustee dismisses Chap 7 where do I go from here?

The trustee does not dismiss cases. The court does. Nothing you have mentioned would be grounds for dismissal. It may be that they are talking about denial of discharge (for false statements in the bankruptcy papers), or an exception to the discharge for certain debts, either for fraud or more likely based on a property settlement agreement or order between you and your ex. This latter is based on a comparison of the hardships, so from what you say, if your schedules are accurate you have little to worry about. But you and your lawyer need to be on top of these issues and make sure that you comply with all court orders and requests from the trustee, and that you don't let any deadlines pass. If you don't have a lawyer, get one NOW.
