Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Virginia
What is the procedure for a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy in the Virginia Federal Eastern District. As in what are the initial forms to fill out the and how to do the schedules. I cant wrap my head around the Schedules. Am I suppose to fill the entire thing out or just things that pretain to me?

The procedure is that you have to complete them accurately, but that"s only part of it. They are not meant to be "filled out" by debtors without a lawyer. This is complicated stuff, and if you try to represent yourself, you are bound to make costly mistakes. Get a lawyer to handle this for you.
