Qualify for Bankruptcy Chpt 13
I want to know if I qualify to file for bankruptcy on several credit cards I am married and jointly on mortgage but on my credit cards I am the only one listed. Lost job in May and still can't find work do I qualify by my self on the credit cards but still keep name on house?

You may be able to file Chapter 7 or 13 and keep the house, provided you keep up the mortgage payments. If you own the propery as tenants by the entireties with your wife, and you have no joint unsecured debt, the trustee will not be able to take it or require you to consider its value in determining Chap. 13 plan payments.
